All Good Luck Huck sweepstakes are governed by the applicable Official Rules for that promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules for a specific promotion, the Official Rules control for that promotion.

Eligibility requirements vary by promotion. Entrants must satisfy all age, residency, and jurisdiction requirements stated in the applicable Official Rules.

Merchandise is sold through our online store. All sales are subject to the terms shown at checkout, including pricing, taxes, shipping, and return policies. See our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Print-on-Demand Policy. We may cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including orders we believe were placed fraudulently or in bad faith.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; (d) use automated tools to enter promotions or place orders; or (e) misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting, sweepstakes administration). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold Good Luck Huck LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
