Print-on-demand products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because these items are made to order, they may require additional processing time before shipment. See our Shipping Policy for current processing estimates.
Expected Variations
Colors, print placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from website mockups. Minor variations that are normal to the printing process are not considered defects.
Sizing
Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or design may be limited because the item was produced specifically for you.
Defects, Misprints & Incorrect Items
Defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect print-on-demand items remain eligible for review and possible replacement or refund. Report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery to itsgoodluckhuck@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and the issue
- A short description of the problem
Resolutions are determined after review. We do not guarantee a specific outcome before the claim is reviewed.
Shipments
Print-on-demand items may ship separately from other products in the same order and may arrive with a different tracking number.
